When you take a screenshot with Mac OS X, it is instantly saved as a pdf on the desktop. Take that all you windows losers :p.

Then you have to open it in Preview and export it as a JPG so that it's in a format the people on the internet don't all hate.

But PDF > JPG. If you dont either have built in OS support for pdf, or are too lazy to install adobe, then you get no sympathy from me. If pdf was an incessant pain in the ass like RealMedia was, then I could understand, but pdf is not like that.

When you have to download a file then open it, that's a pain in the ass. JPG you can view right in the browser window. If you use a Mac you shoudl be able to understand that not everyone uses IE with their "features" like integrated PDF viewing.

Yeah, acrobat reader on the PC is slow and painful. Every time I accidentally click a PDF link, I make baby jesus cry.

Well, I use safari on the mac, and firefox on my PC, and have no problem. Safari has to download it, yes, but it autopens it in Preview.app, and on the PC, firefox has the ability to display it in the window with acrobat (same as IE).
