where do you hear new music?

i was just curious where you guys hear new music. i don't listen to the radio, so i miss out on some songs. however i go to ohhla and mtv to hear about new music. i also check out yes. are there other places to hear about new stuff??

Radio, and the free to air music channel on TV. But mainly radio.

Also, if there's a band I really like, I check out their fan forums and find out what kind of music is similar... then might download a song or two to see if I like it Found lots of my favourite bands like that. And yes, I buy cds, save the lecture.

I search newsgroups and IRC looking for bands I've never heard of. I've found tons of good lesser known bands that way.
