Where do you guys dump your oil after you've cooked a decent meal?

down the drain,,.. isn't that what draino is for? should cut right through it if it ever happens.

I put mine in the grease dumpster out back where every month i collect a small ammount of money for them to come collect it.

....as for pouring grease down the drain...

I, being the owner of a small business, suggest that you DO NOT, that is, DO NOT pour grease down the drain. Even with hot water, that doesnt make a difference. If you continue you may find yourself in some big plumbing problems later. If anything, you should freeze the greese, and dump it in the garbage on collection day.

I put it in a little plastic container, tightly sealed, and throw it away ASAP. Just like that.

Now, for FAT, IE, frying fat, I let it solidify a bit and pour it back in the can to use again...unless its left-over fat that MEAT was fried in, which has to be thrown away.

i once seen someone pour boiling hot grease into a plastic cup. the cup looked like it held up, but when the person picked it up, the bottom made a huge bubble, so the cup looked like this:
