Where do you go to report an IP address. I was hacked.

Well, it finially happened. Those DoS attacks turned into a real attack. No harm was done what so ever though. He just changed the main index file. I have fixed the issue that IIS 4 and 5 had with another link I read. He did it exactly the same way. The guy wasn't very smart, I mean he had access to the whole hard drive but he didn't even bother deleting the log files so I got this IP address.

Any web site or where and what do I do with his ip?
