Where do you go to get cardboard boxes for shipping?

I live on campus and the campus mailroom doesn't sell boxes. Neither does the bookstore. Where else can I go to just get regular cardboard boxes for mailing stuff?

Thanks

Grocery store. If call ahead and say "hey, I need X cereal or tissue boxes" (those ones would fit the dimensions you require), you should be set.

Every store i've seen they are. Otherwise, they just go in the trash and get compacted/recycled. It's good PR to give free stuff away!

I do it in this order (lower is better):

1) Work: usually there are shipping boxes that come in each day. Free.
2) Grocery store: free and most convenient off-work sites.
3) Recycling center: free but not close to where I live/work.
4) UPS
5) U-haul or other shipping company
6) Menards/Home Depot/Etc.

My brother just got some large heavy duty boxes at Dick's Sporting Goods (formally Gallians sp?).
