Is there an advantage to getting more expensive ones?

Do you ever order them online?

What's a good deal?

Looking for standard white undershirts that everyone wears. Don't know if I should spend more and get a premium shirt or just go the Wal Mart / Target route and get whatever junk I can find there.

Hanes or Fruit of the Loom. Or some designer brand?

Is there a place online that everyone orders their shits from?

Looking for a good deal, don't want to end up spending too much on an udnershirt, really worried about this and looking for advice.

Thanks.

hanes ftw :D

edit: I don't think it really matters, as long as the shirts have printed tags, instead of actual tags :)

I buy all of mine in store. I prefer to try them on before buying them.

I get my husband the cheapie Hanes or FotL in the 6 packs. Why spend more when they are just under shirts. If you are wearing them as shirt-shirts then i would suggest getting higher quality ones, but if not, go cheap. If they get ratty, throw `em out and get new ones.

For undershirts .. Sam's Club. Hanes "premium" shirts (looser cut, little bit thicker, and printed on tag). I just noticed today that Sam's is selling their own Members Mark undershirts for cheaper. I would have bought a pack to try them, but they didn't have my size.

Men's Crewneck Undershirt (3-pack) $19.50

Why would you spend that much on undershirts?

I posted about these guys in Hot Deals a while back - I'm wearing a Beefy Tee from them now.

The thing about that place is that it's not that hot if you a) don't know what you're ordering, and/or b) just want a couple.

Well, he should be able to do both!

Make sure that what you buy isn't made in a sweatshop. American Apparel (mentioned already a couple times) is one good choice.

Check out this place for links to apparel companies that are socially and environmentally conscious -be good

Do you think that a tagless shirt is necessary or can a person get by with a tag?

Is it important to get tagless or can we still have tags?

Will the tagless carry a hefty premium over tagged?

Costco - Kirkland brand.

They are really comfy and cheap!

I would never buy cheapo undershirts just for the sake of being cheap. Us guys wear these 4-5 days a week or more and the comfort counts. Since we wear them so often its worth paying a slight premium over the cheapos.

I have never worn an undershirt. I see no use for it.

As far as where I get my regular shirts, every shirt I wear is swag I pick up somewhere. AMD, ATI, ABIT, ABS, Creative, etc. I only have two shirts that I bought, a Halo2 shirt and a Geek shirt that i got from Microsoft. Anything else I wear, like dress clothes were typically given to me as gifts from family.

I get the house brand at JC Penny. Usually can get six for $30. They are really heavy duty and they last forever. Printed tags.

T-Shirts...got so many free ones in college, and from various travels.
