Where do you get your leds?

I figure this question should go in the cases section.... So, where do most of you get your blue leds for modding and stuff? They dont have to be tailed, just the led. I'm looking for 3mm blue ones for a good price. www.exabytesystems.com had some for like 50 cents but they are out of blue ones. And I cant really get the led section of their site to work.

My local Radio Shack is also out of them and they cost quite a bit there.

What am I looking for as far as peak wavelength, viewing angle, lens type and intensity?

Also, do they charge a lot for shipping?

the prices aren't as good as some place, but better than most. and the variety makes up for it. shipping I think came out to be about 6-7 bucks ups ground.
