Liongames.com had a lot of good specials when they started up about a year ago and the owner posted on the Cheapassgamer.com forums a lot. I haven't paid attention recently, but he was pretty well known for providing excellent customer service, so I try to buy from there when their prices are competitive.

EDIT: GTA4 is the last pre-order I have scheduled through them so far, they had a special for $42 about six months ago. I also got Mass Effect, BioShock, and Halo 3 for $42 using the same pre-order system.

Amazon, Anandtech forums, and eBay, mostly.

I would whole-heartedly recommend NOT buying from GameStop.com. The last time I did so, 2/3 of the used games I got didn't work correctly, and required multiple replacements. I have had more success locally, but still get the odd lemon (Metal Gear Solid disc 1 wouldn't boot!).
