American Eagle has some nice stuff... Pacific Sunwear has a good selection of T-shirts... Gap or Old Navy for jeans...

GAP, if you have the money for it (damn cargo shorts costed me $45).
Usually larger retail department stores got quite a good collection.

American Eagle is nice, recently picked up some clothes at their clearance online. Good quality. Fan of Abercrombie clothes also because of the quality (bit expensive). Gap has nice shirts when I just want to relax (love those stretch fit shirts, I don't like long sleeves). Hmm. Old Navy and Structure are decent but they're lower quality..

Outlet malls. Tommy Jeans mainly. Sometimes shirts or shorts at Old Navy.

Buy clothes? that would require spending mone that could otherwise be spent on hardware and my car.

Seriously, the extent of my clothes buying in the last 8 months is a package of socks and one tshirt.

Wherever I happen to be when I think about it, as long as it's dirt cheap. (In case you can't guess i don't do any fashionable)

If you're fortunate enough to have a Burlington coat factory around you, you're in luck cause that place owns! Nice clothes and low prices :D
