I used to sometimes buy from Overstock, but since they've stopped selling books, I've completely switched over to Amazon.

What other online sources do you guys use to buy books?

Amazon/kindle unlimited. I was turned onto the county library digital resources. The selection might be a little sketchy (like a series that starts with #2) but it's free.

Went to books a million this AM. I needed a paperback for tomorrow. I do like to go through the isles.

Amazon. I try to get Kindle versions of everything except technical books since ebooks take up 0 storage space.

ThriftBooks - I never buy anything new as there is so much stuff a few to 20yrs years old I haven't read yet. I prefer hard backs as well.

Usually i purchase books from a shop or if i don't find any book that i want in store, i buy online at Amazon. You can simply purchase on amazon.com and also use its kindle version to read a book.

Local Thrift stores, garage/yard sales, and Half Price Books, mostly reference/technical/biography. Books I'd read once from the public library. Rarely B&N/Amazon.com for the occasional gift.
Tons of eBooks/comics from archives/usenet. ;)

I am surprised someone hasn't come up with a rebuy website in which people who bought and read books can easily resell them a la Craigslist but catering to book readers.

Amazon/Kindle (print and ebook though I mostly buy ebook).

I also have the Overdrive and hoopla apps using my local library but I use those for audiobooks, though I'm sure I'll rent an ebook at some point.
