Where do the .pst & .pab file store by default in.....

just do a file search man. you'd have found it a long time ago instead of waiting for somebody to answer.
 
Geez dude.

Start - Find - Files or Folders - type *.pst in the 'Named' box - select C:\ in the 'Look in' box

I don't have a 98 machine here. I see where it stores it in XP, but wasn't able to do what you suggest without a 98 or ME machine.

I was thinking that my answer could have been found quicker here.

Hey dighn. If I didn't think the mods would send me on a vacation I might tell you to reach around and pull that d1ld0 out. But I won't.

Sorry, I was having a bad day after losing a .pst file. I was doing 10 things at once and didn't realize that I missed backing it up. I do appreciate the help, and I do apologize for the comments I made.
