I'm 5'8" 140lbs. I seem to be in the "normal" weight range for guys my height, but I can't seem to find anything that fits properly. Why the hell can I find tons of 46/30 pants but have to look in the on floor behind the shelf for that one pair of 32/30 pants. I tried to buy a shirt at Target yesterday and either the chest fit and the sleeves are too short, or the sleeves fit and the rest of the shirt looks like a tent on me.

So where do skinny guys buy clothes that fit. What should I be looking for? What am I doing wrong? Aaaaaaaaaa.

you may have to shop @ higher end shops that sell "european" cuts, which are more tightly fitting.

um, that's not very skinny. 32/30 is always gone because it's a popular size where more people wear that size than any other size. (i'm just guessing)

Try finding 30/32.

and for shirts, your shoulder width is lower than the average guy, so if you go down a size from what you think you should be, the shirts tend to fit better.

You can go 1 step up and shop at sears or JC Penny to get the sizes you want. Maybe some customer service, too.

Or you can do what I do and shop at outlet dockers and haggar stores, or at macy's during their sales.

club monico, banana republic, structure/express for men. Those are the only stores I can find anything. Also occastionally Levi's will have something.

I am 28.5/31 - impossble to find my size.

Go to Marshalls or TJ Maxx. I've never had an issue getting pants that fit. (I wear the same size)

i have the same dimensions and the same problem. here's what I do: get a shirt that is too long for you but the sleeves and w/e fits. then wash in hot water a couple times. the whole thing sucks up on itself and VOILA! shirt that fits...otherwise, go to a nice store that offers cheap tailoring

I wear 32-30 and find lots of stuff. Shirts are a bit tought, but you can usually find "Slim Fit" clothing at AE or stores like that which work out well.

There is a place in Cali where you can order any size Levi's you want. Don't have it handy, and it's about $5.00 more than regular, but they can get any size you want. (used to be 33-33, try to find those in any store)

Out of those three, j.crew probably will fit you the best.
