Where do people meet drug dealers?

I feel like the ability to procure drugs is a litmus test for whether or not you should be doing them in the first place. If you have to ask an Internet forum of random strangers what channels they use to find drugs, you have no business doing them. The main reason being, for many of the harder drugs, it REALLY helps to have an experienced friend with you to help you through the first time so you don't put yourself at serious risk of extremely dangerous consequences.
 
Look for a pair of running shoes on a cable. Go 3 houses down and ask "you selling?" If they are confused say you're sorry and you were expecting someone and must have gotten the wrong house. Work your way towards the shoes. The reason you start 3 houses down is they sometimes offset it so it's not as obvious for cops.

What if you want something that isn't a "party" drug like coke or weed, do you have to go to the projects or do they have delivery services for that too?

What about the people who make drugs? Are they mostly chemistry grad students or just hardcore gangsters?

Go to the "Seedy" part of town, walk down the sidewalk. Chances are good someone will offer to sell you stuff. If you see a Hooker, ask her. Even if she is drug free, she'll know some Dealers.
 
Factoid, probably unknown to most people. The coffee shop highlighted in Kick-Ass was a popular place to get weed. Or at least the alley behind it was.

I really do hang with the wrong crowd these days, but considering the crowd the OP seeks are usually guilty of a felony in my state, I guess that's just the way it has to be, until society stops being INSANE about drugs.
 
It depends on what you want. You can extract DMT for example from a variety of plant sources. Many are sold just for that purpose. You can grow your own poppies (from commercial poppy seeds), pot (get seeds from a seed bank) and shrooms (get spore syringes online). Although for cannabadiol, a component of pot, that's actually legal and you get it from a few different sources. For amphetamines, you just need to find a cooperative doctor to diagnose you with adhd. For coke, you're pretty much screwed since that has to be extracted from shitloads of cocoa leaves. And if you're stupid enough to do bath salts, or as they're more often called 'research chemicals,' you deserve whatever happens to you.

Best method I've found is to ask the pizza delivery guy. They will even go pick up for you provided a decent tip.

On the face of it, your advice seems sound... however, it's still ridiculous advice because nobody should be doing drugs in the first place. If you're going to have a litmus test, at least make sure the person doesn't have an addictive personality which most drug users do.
