what does this matter? The review said the board overclocks no problem and can clock as high as all the other boards.
It matters when your computer is sitting idle but your voltage is still pegged at 1.3v like your CPU is still running at full load. Unnecessary heat and power consumption when your computer is idle. Its a shame they never implemented such a simple feature... Voltage offset +/- default voltage. In other words it means your CPU would degrade at a faster rate.
ASUS, Asrock, Gigabyte, and Biostar have this feature. Why doesn't MSI do the same?
