Where do i turn digital out on in Windows?

It's all fkd up. Does WINDOWS have a setting somewhere?

Volume control, go to the options menu, click advanced controls. If an advanced button appears under your master volume control slider, then click it. There should be an option to enable digital out. If not...then, you've got to go through your sound card software.

What card do you have?
