Where do I return my P3?

Ok, some of you may remember my thread from a few days ago. Basically, I think I fried my CPU somehow, although I did nothing horribly out of spec. My best option seems to be to send it back and try to get it replaced. I bought it a GoogleGear, so should I do an RMA through GG or go straight to Intel. If straight to Intel, then how do I do this? I seem to have lost my warranty info.

Thx,
Chupa

PS-Yes, I know o/c'ing voids the warranty, I want to try anyway

If the CPU you bought was in the retail packaging you should give INTEL a call and tell them that something happened to your cpu while you were playing a game. They will RMA it. If you don't have the box with you take the cpu out they will probably want the serial number on it and confirm that it was a retail cpu.

INTEL can't tell that you overclocked the cpu so don't even mention it. If they ask anything about overclocking... you know what to say.

If the CPU you bought was NOT retail and it was OEM you are stuck. INTEL will not accept OEM cpus. Maybee googlegear will replace it but that's about all your options.

Oh, and thanks, I'll give em a call tomorrow. Or maybe tonight, I guess they are PST so they'll still be open when I get home.
