Where do I get the D845PEBT2?

Well I am with you !!! I was looking at the earlier version of this board the D845EBT but I am glad that I waited. I am looking for a Intel based board with the upmost stability. I dont care for overclocking, if I want faster speeds i'll buy a faster processor and more memory.. Stability is the most important thing to me.

If you're a qualifying person for Intel's Retail Edge campaign, you can get the board and a 2.53GHz P4 for $175 with a free copy of WinXP Pro. Pretty excellent. I'm going to go for it (since I'm employed as an electronics dept. sales clerk at Wal-Mart).
