It looks like they weren't too hot in the past (6.40/10 lifetime), but they have pretty good scores recently (8.41/10 in the past six months) on www.resellerratings.com.

I took a chance with eCost and they had a much worse resellerratings but they came through perfect, I say go for it. It's a great camera.

I bought a lens from their retail B&M store. I probably overpaid, but not a terrible experience overall.
