First went to the website just over two years ago to read about hardware for the computer I was getting ready to buy for school. And then last year, one of my friends on the hall told me about Hot Deals. From there, I came to OT. I read Hot Deals, OT, and sometimes Operating Systems now.

i was asking on cnet about graphics cards, and someone posted a link to the anand geforce 3 ti article that compared them all. i then look at these forums and asked about GFX cards. to be honest i didn't like the forums at first, seemed dull and empty to me, but i just kept coming back.
and it wasn't until recently (last few months) i've bothered looking in off topic

Well I was always looking aroudn for deals and free stuff before. I eventually stumbled to this place and then eventually migrated over to Off Topic from Hot Deals and FS/FT.
