Where did the AMD Vega Radeon packs go?

After all the launch hype of the AMD Radeon packs at the Vega launch to help get Vegas to gamers (vs miners), these packs are now pretty much impossible to find. AMD is still advertising them on its website. What happened to them, and will they be coming back?

Maybe it differs by country; OCUK has the"red", "black" and "aqua" packs in stock.

They were meant to help keep demand from miners in check for a short period after launch. Note that it says "Available for a limited time only".

Also, the packs didn't really make any sense, since $399 MSRP for V56 / $499 MSRP for V64 then you pay extra to get the games that were cheaper if you bought them separately.
