He freely admitted that his entire persona was generated solely for the purpose of trolling. Why am I not surprised that another single-track, intentially trollish poster wishes the Not-So-Great Gatsby to return?

I'm not going to state any opinions.
I'm just gonna add this to my favorites and then I'll be on my way.

I guess I didn't see some of the posts that caused some much hatred for him, but I'd like to see him back as well.

That confirms what I always suspected, but I was out of town and seem to have missed that tidbit.

Me either. What was so bad that generated such a negative response?

You're making a lot of stupid threads today.

Here's a tip... if you're missing somebody, just PM them.

The one thread where he said "I just like making controversy, and if that makes me a troll, so be it." (or something near to that affect) appears to have deleted. Other threads show a running history of him blabbing about being a troll (then later indicating he was "only kidding,") or generally being "controversial" for the fun of it.

FFS, aidanjm, did you actually read his posts, or just print them out and rub them all over you naked body?

He also mentioned in P&N today that "If anyone is good in this world, Bill Clinton certainly is." How the fvck can you respect anyone who considers any career politician to be among the "best" people in the entire world?

Aidan's narrow-minded viewpoints are completely centered about his direct, specific personal interests. His opinions are no more "enlighted" that those of a junkie who believes that "getting a fix" is the best thing in the world.

He's a brief article on some of Clintons work with hiv in africa, china, the poorest parts of the world:
http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2005/12/28/60minutes/main1167958.shtml

Read it, then tell me what you have done to help people other than yourself, that would entitle you to dismiss Clinton as your moral inferior.
