Where did i put that adapter?

Dammit, i had to have someone ship this little audio adapter to me from US because they don't sell them here in Canada. I left it on my table, and after moving some furniture around, i can't find it. Just realised it - i haven't seen it for days. Looked everywhere and no luck. Suggestions? 😀 Where do these little suckers tend to hide?

It fell off the table and rolled under the couch. You'll probably need a flashlight to see it, however..
