Where did i put that adapter?

Dammit, i had to have someone ship this little audio adapter to me from US because they don't sell them here in Canada. I left it on my table, and after moving some furniture around, i can't find it. Just realised it - i haven't seen it for days. Looked everywhere and no luck. Suggestions? Where do these little suckers tend to hide?

It fell off the table and rolled under the couch. You'll probably need a flashlight to see it, however..
