Where did Destiny's Child get that song?

I was listening to 101.7 in the bay area, and thought that destiny's child song that goes, 'i don't think you're ready...', was about to play, but it was a totally different song, but had the same bass/guitar playing in the background.

It was a female group I believe. Some of the lyrics to the chorus..."Just like the wild wind...' something or other.

Anyone know the name of the song/group?

I'm not familiar with Destiny's Child songs, but are you talking about Bootylicious or another song? As far as just a wild stab at the other song, Stevie Nicks had a song that had a lyric that went something like, "Just like a one-winged dove.." (or white-winged or whatever).

But then again, that doesn't sound like something Destiny's Child would remake.

The Destiny's Child song has the same bass/drum line as the beginning of theStevie Nicks song but it is not a remake.

It was taken as so often is done with 90s and today's music from another song. "Edge Of Seventeen" by Stevie Nicks. In the intro they used the exact same line. No confusin on that.

and the other line is....
Just like the white winged dove...
sings a song ...
Sounds like she's singing...
