Where did 4GB go?

Hi!
I currently have two partitions C: (my primary) and D:
When I right click on C: it says: used (19GB) and free (37GB) for a total of 56GB.
However when I go onto C: and I highlight all folders (included hidden) and right click I get a size of only 15GB. Question: how is the other 4GB used? I can't see it anywhere.

Not sure if it helps but:

1. I did a Disk Keeper defrag and says "Free space outside MFT Reserved zone is 37GB"
2. The current system is a clone of a previous HDD. At the boot currently I have 3 options:

a). Earlier Version Of Windows
b). Microsoft Vista
c). Microsoft XP Pro Setup

After I choose: Earlier Version of Windows I get:

a). Microsoft Windows XP Pro
b). Microsoft XP Pro Setup

These XP Pro setup was initiated from the drive that I cloned from and now took out of the system due to weird noises. I didn't let the XP setup even start.

Question: Is it possible that the extra 4GB that are missing are some super hidden XP installation files or reserved space from the previous disc? If so, how is it possible to access it or delete the files or de-reserve the space?!!

Its probably the swap space or something - so called 'virtual memory' in windows talk. If you need more space why not get a new drive? These days you can get 250GB for the price of a good meal.
