That sounds like a great idea.

If you wear something like that, you ought to restrict yourself to a party or something where people know you rather than just running around in public.

Something similar? Like what? A KKK robe?

You would definately be better off using a uniform close to the ones worn in The Wall....at least that way you can replace the swastika with the marching hammers.

kind of tactless i would think. Perhaps if you really want a german WWII uniform, you should go for a normal wermacht or luftwaffe uniform.

Not a good idea. I was at a Bar that had a Halloween Party and some guy showed up wearing an S.S. Uniform. He wasn't there more than 5 minutes before some other guy sucker punched him.

I have link at home for vendors, I'll see if I can find some on the web for you since I am at work though. I collect WW2 and East German militaria.

Be forwarned though, for anything even slightly passable, you're talking serious cash. Well over $1000 easily.

Expensive to Trick or Treat.

Yup. That stuff is way pricey, and that's just the repro stuff. Genuine article=several thousand $.

Oh yeah - the price of the uniform will pale in comparison to the price of a night in the emergency room when somebody kicks the crap outta you.
