Where can you buy shredded (not grounded) beef in bulk?

and ground is already past tense. so grounded isnt a word in that sense.

I'm assuming you want it for mexican-style meals? The shredded beef you see in those dishes is cooked, then shredded. You're not going to find shredded raw beef. :confused:

When I was in Seattle there was this cheap Vietnamese restaurant (Phobac) frequented by college students

It's most popular offering was a bowl of rice noodle soup laced with very thin shredded beef cooked rare -- apparently they froze the raw beef, and slice it very thinly while it was still frozen

So you may want to stop by some oriental/Vietnamese grocery shop, and asked around about the shredded beef.
