Where Can My Friend Get "Low Carb" Bread?

My friend is on an Atkin's diet which requires you not to eat any carbs.

But she's craving bread. Atkin's website sells a "Low Carb" bread, but costs $25 to ship.

Is there a store that sells "Low Carb" bread? Thanks!

You realize that $25.00 for bread is insane and just another reason why there really isn't a sure-fire way to lose weight besides excercise and a sensable diet. Any other approach IMHO is just a way of making someone else who claims otherwise rich

You can buy something like rye or wheat... they have pretty low carbs... not zero ( i doubt any bread is totally zero). Just read the labels and look at total sugars... keep it below 15g (for two peices) and you should be fine.

they sell low carb pasta and breads for diabetics...
prob any health food store will cary it.

Im on a seafood diet.. i see it and i eat it. I havnt stopped eating in the last 12 hours. This is a great day
