where can i test my bandwidth?

My @Home connection used to rock . . . before I lost it!

Now, I have cable internet service through Charter, which is limiting not only upload, but download bandwidth.

Use to have have around 3500kbs on this line. Since Saturday morning, I am getting 700-1000kbs. This sucks!

Oh, they also increase the fee from $19.95 to $49.95 - heh, paying 150% more for 1/3 of the bandwidth

Welcome to the real world. 😀

Wow, DSLreports rocks for my connection. 3200kbps down and 8000kbps up. That just makes me want to host a server. 🙂

oh man my friend just boosted my connection some more. i was getting consistent 1300/675 before and now i'm at 1776/676. best part is, i'm over 12,000 ft from my CO. woo hoo! 😀

Your download speed : 1776590 bps, or 1776 kbps.
Browsers would show : about a 216.8 k/sec transfer rate.
Your upload speed : 676208 bps, or 676 kbps.
Your connection rocks .. above the 1mbit barrier!
