What is that extra fan supposed to accomplish for you? OTOH, if you get one with the 250mm fan, you won't need any other fan except a weak one to make sure a slight breeze flows over the HDDs. Or you could spend a LOT less money and get an Enermax Chakra or Phoenix that has the 250mm fan. I'd even take off the rear fan to make clearer venting for the flow from the big boy to escape.

i was just plannin on buying like a $5 fan tomarrow at compusa to cool my gfx card.

Get a Zalman bracket - comes with a pretty quiet 90mm fan and maybe one of their FanMate controllers too. You can aim it pretty much where you want. Sunbeam also has a bracket kit that can be used to mount fans or even an extra HDD, but it's just the bracket, no fan, etc..

i flipped the harddrive bay so the fan will blow on the gfx card will this help?

and should the three red highlighted things b pointed toward the gfx card or the other way? it seems more air comes from the side with the three things.

I still think your best best would be to order that new side panel with the 25cm fan. That will keep your gfx card nice and cool
