Where can i obtain perchloric acid or perchlorate

I want to know where I can obtain perchloric acid or either potassium perchlorate or barium perchlorate with no permit. Either one of the 3 would be fine. Why I am asking is my bussiness only. I assure you it not for anything illegal.

You are up to no good with that stuff. I worked in an analytical laboratory for a little while (5+ years) and we hardly ever had to use the stuff. For typical organic or metal digestion you usually would just use hydrochloric acid. If you want perchloric acid you are up to something.
