i need a quality free host. Is there such a thing

www.godaddy.com is only 4 bucks with good servers (did you see my other thread about the 7 mB/s down) 4 bucks is a pretty good deal.

I was going to say you can use my site (see sig), but if you're running some kind of commercial operation where you've got thousands of users, then pay for your hosting yourself.
