Unless they've changed them recently, it should be a basic chieftec tower--except the cheiftec won't have the ugliness.

Did you even look at the picture?....that case definately doesn't resemble a Cheiftec nor anything I've ever seen. It's hideous!

The previous cases I've seen the innards of they used were cheiftec cases with added plastic side things and a similar ugly as all hell front panel.
However, to answer the question MWing intended...buy an Alienware PC.

it's a custom Chenming/Chieftec/Antec case. (Chenming makes the cases and sells them to companies like Antec who rebrand them and add their own extras) Only Alienware has them.

Right. And the case is at least $1,580.00. With that, you get all the internal computer components free. (In short, these are exclusive to Alienware. You have to buy an Alienware PC or find someone who already bought one that is willing to sell their case.) I also feel they are ugly, but then, it's your case, your tastes, so more power to you if you can find one.

Mwing, don't let these other case HATERS sway you. If you like that case (I don't), then get one. Call Alienware and see if they will sell you one. If they won't, tell them to go F*&k themselves, and get yourself a Lian-Li PC70 (or a PC71 if you want to see inside). If your liking for that case (er enclosure) is that strong, wait a couple years. By then you should be able to find one at your local swap mart. Ha Ha!

Ummm i don't think they're hating. Those cases really are made for Alienware only, there have been numerous threads here asking for that same case and some of the people ended up calling Alienware, and obviously they won't sell it seperately. I'm guessing part of the reason is because the whole country is now using a Chieftec/Antec/Chenming lookalike which Alienware had used before and you cant distinguish their computers from other 3rd party cases. If you really want that case, Eeyore was right, a barebones AMD system from Alienware will cost around $1500. I contacted Chenming a year ago about custom cases... and they will custom design you your own case but you'll will have to order a crate of it... and each crate holds around ~400 cases. By the time one of those reaches eBay, it will still be overpriced.
