Newegg has the Soyo in stock. Out of the MSI board. MWave has both in stock.

Thanks for the info!! Newegg has some really nice pictures of the MSI.. I think I'll go with that one. That way I'll still be able to use the SDRAM DIMMS that I bought about 9 months ago.. I'll do the DDR thing later..
