Where can I get specifications on EDI?

I have been goggling all morning and can not find the EDI specs for EDI 863 or any EDI transmissions for that matter.

Anyone know where this stuff is hidden?

 
I know I worked with EDI 834 and 837 specifications once. There was an extensive PDF for each. But I can't find them free online either.

It's beginning to look like they're far from free.
