Where can I get some packaging peanuts?

I need like a huge box-full of packaging peanuts. Does anyone know where I can get some? I'm sure I could purchase small amounts at USPS or FedEx, but I'll need a lot.

We bought around 400 cubic feet of packing peanutes while in university. Filled a dorm room to commemorate, if memory serves, a birthday. Or something. We called around to the normal shipping places (UPS, etc.) and it was going to cost a couple hundred for the materials (way too much for starving undergrads). Yellow pages helped us find a shipping supply store, 3 trips and $45 later, voila!

Worst part was the guy riding in the back seat with some of the peanuts kinda sorta passed out from the noxious fumes eminating from the styrofoam. Learned to roll down the windows on the next two trips...

Cleanup was a beast too now that I think about it.

Good alternative is popped corn. Do you have a pop corn maker?

Depending on your definition of "a lot" you can order in units of 7 or 14 cubic feet, or go all the way and have 350+ cubic feet drop shipped to you.
