Where can I get RAMsinks for my video card?

Thermaltake sells RAM heatspreaders that come with heatsinks suitable for video cards. I used them myself on a GeForce2 some time ago and they worked well.

Here's a link to a review at Overclocker Cafe. Blue is the most prevalent color (and looks sharp on Gainward's red pcb) but if you check with the usual suspects you can find different colors.

Since you have BGA ram, go to Best Byte comp website. They have 4 pack BGA ramsinks for $2 with $1 shipping per unit. If you don't mind using TSOP ramsinks, go to SVC and get the cooler master copper 8 pack for $5.

You can also just go to some surplus electronics store or allcorp.com or other store that just sells plain heatsinks and cut them up and use a really really thin layer of super glue, but Naruto's suggestions sound more inexpensive.
