Where can I get free shipping on good case fans?

I'm looking for a 92mm. Where can I get these free of shipping charges, or at least for less than the 12.50 it comes to at ColdCPU w/ shipping? (Not that that's a bad deal, just trying for the best.)

Aren't those fans the ones from another Anand thread that everyone was drooling over ? If so, then they're noisy; at least I recall some saying as such.

Check out Teamawe. They have Panaflos and are very reasonable on prices and shipping. $3.55 for priority service shipping on 4 fans and 3 grills.
