It's a long shot, but you might check your local Circuit City. I've noticed they seem to be getting more and more Antec cases in stock and you might be able to find one on sale. YMMV, as the sale price may be more than you are wanting to spend (compared to Newegg).

Just do a search on pricewatch.com for the case that you are looking to purchase. You will get plenty of etailers with your case.

Staples - even their smaller stores seem to stock a couple models and most others can be had in a day or so. Only drawback is sales tax if your state collects it. Also CompUSA - often have sales on some models. Internet order compaines I like are Dealsonic.com, zipzoomfly.com, outpost.com (div. of Fry's), yesmicro.com and provantage.com (and newegg, of course).
