Bump because I think it's a good question! I don't think I've ever seen one in white. I *think* I saw a grey monster cable version at CC but it was very expensive. I'd look for some electronic suppliers to see what they carry. Just curious, Why do you need white? Are you running it around baseboards or something like that?
You could also purchase some white electrical tape and "wrap" the visible portions of your "S" cable. For the length you are trying to locate, you might have some trouble finding one - even in black. 30 to 35 feet seems like quite a stretch and could result in some signal loss.
Don't know about white S-Video cables, all the ones I've seen are grey/black. Also, you are going to have some problems getting a 30-35 footer. The most I've seen is about 26 feet.
Make your own out of white cat5.
I made my own 16ft sub cable out of white Lucent plenum cat5 and it worked perfectly, even going through a few power cables along the way.
