Where can I get a different clip for my fop32-1

The factory one only clips one tooth on each side of the processor base. I need one that clips on at least two on one side and one on the other. Somebody help me please

did the little plastic tab break off where the clip hooks to?

as for your question i dont know of where you can just get a new clip, you might need to buy a new heatsink/fan that has the 3 hook type of clip
you could probably even trade yours for one in the forsale/trade forum.

Yes, it broke off and i'm forced to use a chrome orb. If i can't find a clip i'm going to try and custom build one...but don't want it to come to that....

just be real careful those clips are designed exactly so that the hsf is pressed firmly and square on the cpu core,

if your not careful a makeshift clip might either crack your cpu, or fry it because of poor contact

a clip from a taisol might work too, they have 3 hooks on each end

Yeah, I hope the middle clip does not break on my a7pro on the other side too...lol

I think i'm going to try and weld the 3 hole piece off of my chrome orb onto the fop...
