Where can I get $16,500 for a car...

Get a cheap $1000 beat up car and learn to take care of it. This advise is very wise and you can always buy a new car after the $$ starts to flow consistently.

You don't need a $17,000 car for college if mommy/daddy aren't paying for it. You have enough to do and spend money on without having to worry about half of your check going towards a car.

But it's still a rotten idea for you to spend $16K on a car.

ohh thats the kind of credit union i am looking for, but the rate is a bit high ...

What? The rate is a bit high? You said "am i able to borrow that much money from bank for auto loan, or is there any other means or method to borrow that much money LEGALLY" You asked for ANY credit union that you might be eligible to join. You have no job. You have a tiny down payment.

Their used car loan rate is about 5.5% and their new car rate is 5%. Good luck doing better.

Chill ! No job doesnt mean i have to stick with high APR, new car rate in other credit union is about 3.9% and even for the bank is lower about 4.4% for new car, that's why i said it is a bit high 😛

Dude, did you fail your Intro to Economics or something? I don't think defaulting on your loan "stimulates" the economy.

Yes, you have excellent credit score. But from what you're telling us that is a "fake" credit score. You are not the one paying for the monthly mortgage although it seems that way on paper. It doesn't take that much digging to get to the truth.
