The first two from either Gigabyte or Intel. The 3rd one is under power plans in the control panel or settings->system in Windows 11. The last one might be available from the manufacturer of your hard drive/SSD, though I would say there's no real need for, or value to, it, IMO.
Those driver updater programs are generally more bloatware, sometimes just fake. As mentioned, I would check your motherboard's website, for any needed drivers. However, if everything is working fine now, you may not need to update.
