Where can I find the MaxLine III hard drives?

The picture shows Diamond Max 10 but IIRC the Maxline III is the only line of Maxtor Drives with Sata II

I can't tell from the pictures, so I was wondering if these MaxLine III's come with SATA power connectors and standard 4pin molex connectors (like the Raptors), or just SATA power connectors? Anyone have one?

There's a diff between the two. I can't recall what they are.

The model numbers are 7B300SO and 7B250SO, versus 6B300SO and 6B250S0. At least one of the 7B drives still shows up on PriceGrabber, near $270 I think (for 300GB). The 6B model is just over $200.

I most recently read here that the 6B and 7B are nearly identical, with the 7B touting a higher MTBF rating. I hadn't seen anything technical to describe the difference between the two product lines.

They are now true SATA drives so they don't have both SATA and molex power connectors, just the single SATA power connector.

The Maxline III and DM10 w/ 16MB cache (Ultra 16) are the same exact drives with a different sticker on the top and sold to different markets.

The Maxline III does not have a higher MTBF. Maxtor made up a new acronym MTTF for these drives which has less stringent requirements and is not comparable to everyone else's MTBF.
