where can i find teh Creative THX Console

i remember i used to have a thx console for my audigy 2, where can i find it now? i've recently reinstalled drivers.

sound card is Audigy 2 zs platinum, but i think the software is the same for all audigy 2 cards

Unless they updated their website, I believe you need to install that off the driver CD to get it.

oh, currently i have their latest drivers from their website which includes "creative audio console." should i just install their applications over his driver from the CD?

Yes the Creative audio console is like a "bare minimum" type of driver. It lets you control the basic features of the card but not make any of the fancier tweaks.

Uninstall your current drivers. Install from the CD. Then use the autoupdate on Creative's website and install those.

i was trying that all night yesterday, tried to uninstall everything and reinstall from the CD, wouldn't work for some reason... i'll give it another try when i'm not up till 6am doing that ha

I remember being in the same boat, i found nothing on the net, i had to find my CD to get the THX console. This was for my 2zs

I actually had the same problem recently. I reinstalled the latest drivers off the net and was missing the THX condole (amongst everything else like speaker config, equalizer, etc.) so I tried it from the original CD, and it still didn't install.

This might help. You may be able to just install THX console from its directory on either the original or this slightly modded CD.

There was someone posting disc images of the driver CDs I believe on filefront. I will post the link if I can find it.
