I know barnes and noble and such have trifold three ring things. If I were to guess, maybe sparknotes or cliffnotes has a few, not for free though.

No, there was a posting on Digg that had a site with printable "cheat sheets" that had 90% of the tags, attirbutes, properties and their values.
