Where can I find free, online (or downloadable) computer tech tutorials?

I'm trying to get a nice collection of basic videos that I can give to friends and family that want to get more out of their computer, but just see it as a "magic box".

I'm hoping to find some videos that explain the raw basics. Like a 4 minute video explaning what a hard drive is and does and how it relates to your computing experience. Same thing for RAM, CPU, Network cards, video cards, etc. even IP/networking.

Does anybody know of any good sites?
