I guess it depends on the stores. The St Augustine Outlet mall on I95 has great prices on first quality name brands. I bought a couple of pairs of mens shoes there cheap. My son just bought a chefs knife for $80. He said that was a great price for the brand.

you have to look for SALE, especially, clearance sale

example: I bought 5 tanks from AERO for 10 bucks! a pair of boxer for 2.5 bucks. I also loved the jcrew crazy 90% end of summer sale, I got a shirt for 2 bucks.

all my clothes are brand name. brand = quality guaranteed.
I have mostly jcrew, now turning more into banana republic.

CITADEL SUCKS BIG TIME. i could not stand that outlet.

camarillo is better. the quality of stores is 10 times better. i regularly go to nike, gap, adidas, ralph lauren, banana republic, they actually have a barney's outlet (it's not that cheap but compared to the original store i guess...) and many more. it's a premium outlet so they have a lot of better stores.

outlet prices vary. sometimes it'll be only five bucks off, sometimes even more. my bf has been looking for the last tmac's at adidas outlets and ross, because we saw them down to 30 bucks.

now is a good time to go, it seems the outlets are doing some clearance also. camarillo isn't necessarily cheaper but you will find a wider selection.

i've been to cabazon outlets, which aren't bad but i'm never driving out there again. i'd rather go to camarillo. i've been to the one's in carlsbad too but those aren't premium owned.
