Where can I find blue tints?

It's rice^99. Real HID are arc discharge lamps in projector lens assemblies, they are not "tinted". Putting blue tint or blue bulbs in your regular halogen headlamps is extremely ghetto, especially in a cheap economy car that someone thinks is a $100,000 Benz.

See if you can get properly designed OEM optional or aftermarket HID arc discharge assemblies for your car or get them custom designed. Blue tinted halogens are ghettotastic.

yea i'm pretty sure its mainly the solar tint thing newer BMW/benz/ GTI have.

its some type of window treatment. I know in the past i've seen people with yellow, red, blue tint but that was like 5-10 years back

yeah for windows. i think mercedes doesn't use actual film though. the glass itself has a bluish tint. so the closest i can get to that look the better.

How can it be illegal if it's on a stock production vehicle? I'm pretty sure most car companies endeavor to make their cars and options 50-state legal before they sell them here. Well I guess there is the California emissions stuff.

The glass on Mercedes cars is treated to remove certain wavelengths of light coming into the vehicle. This is supposed to make it easier on the eyes for the driver. Not sure if tinting your windows would have the same effect as the color is actually greyish-blue

JCWhitney has a large supply of various color window tints. Ebay will also have a large supply. I purchased mine, precut on ebay. Makes installing very easy when you don't have to cut the tint.

You won't get the same effect. Benzes come stock tinted blue that way.

It's supposed to cut down on glaring light. Ever get that truck behind you that sits slightly high and bounces the light directly off the sideview? The tint's purpose is to tame this slightly.
