where can I find a low level format utility?

A couple people think that my FAT is fuxored up and the only way to fix it is to LLF. I'm pretty much at wits end so I'm going to try it.

Anybody know where I can find a LLF utility?

The drives are a couple IBM 15 gig 7200rpm ATA-100's. IBM doesn't appear to have any utilities of this sort.

i've used them before. specifically ibm's zero writer. be prepared to sit on your arse for a while, since it takes a while to complete.
